I've Followed a step by step of how to enable the console to the letter, ive made a shortcut of my Daorigins.exe and put 鈥揺nabledeveloperconsole on the target, note: it looks like ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Dragon Age\bin_ship\daorigins.exe" 鈥揺nabledeveloperconsole) but when I enter the game to try to use it the console still wont work when i press ~ or any button..the console just wont open, anything else i should try? (note: I know its not working cause after i press ~ i can still use all the other keys, so its just not opening, and yes its not the launcher im using its the exe file from the bin)DRAGON AGE origins Enable console problem?
Are you using a stationary computer or a laptop?
Also, you have to go to the map My documents (or whatever it is called on an english OS)--%26gt;Bioware--%26gt;Dragon Age--%26gt;Dragon Age--%26gt;Settings--%26gt;Key bindings and change the line:
"OpenConsole_0=Keyboard::Button_Grave"
to:
"OpenConsole_0=Keyboard::Button_*搂*" *The key you want to use*
If this doesn't work i don't know what to do, it doesn't work for me but thats because im on a laptop and they can sometimes prevent you from using that specific button in games.
