Yes you can if you have a normal system there are some small mods BUT there is a thing you can buy called a J-TAG xbox which allows you to do the big mods without your account getting banned but they cost money to use them every time. like 30$ every time you get online. The only other way you can is on the PC consles are made not to be moddedCan you download mods for a console?
