Hey, im trying to make it so i can use the console commands and this is what i read that i have to do " Make shortcut to daorigins.exe, found in bin_ship, on your desktop. At the end of the target line add -enabledeveloperconsole. Dont forget the space." Can anyone help me out? or explain in in better detail, i cant seem to find bin_ship, and/or daorgins.exe PLEASE HELP! ( and what does it mean by "target line" im sorry im so new to this!)Where is the Bin_ship located in Dragon age ordgins ( PC )?
I had trouble while I was doing this too. It's one of the first things I did. =)
To find bin_ship go to "computer", "OS (C:)", "program files" (or program files x86 if you have it,) "dragon age", and then the bin_ship folder should be there. Inside should be something called "daorigins". Create a shortcut for that. (right click it and click create shortcut. another daorigins should appear with shortcut after it. drag that to the desktop) Once it's on the desktop, right click it again and click properties at the bottom. In the "shortcut" tab there should be something called target. at the end of whatever text is in the target line (don't delete the text!) add
-enabledeveloperconsole. remember to put a space between the text that was already there and the -enabledeveloperconsole. Then, run the game using that shortcut and tap the ~ key (above tab) to start!
