Console settings on a PC?

I mean like if you play a game on the ps3 or xbox 360 it has a certain graphics setting, and I'm wondering what would that be on a pc, for example GTA IV on xbox, what would that be on PC? or like Borderlands or Dragon Age, stuff like that.Console settings on a PC?

I have GTA IV for the PS3((average 30 fps) and PC(Ultra High Settings @ 30~40 fps)

The graphics on the PC is way better than the PS3 but its much smoother on the PS3.



My CPU is Q8400 overclocked @ 3.2 Ghz, GPU is HD5770 Overcocked.....
