Well. I definitely want to get Dragon Age. But I keep hearing all this talk about which version to get. Some say the PC is better, others, the PS3, some, the 360.
And that just makes me all confused. Ha. So, anyway, if someone could actually tell me why one version is superior than the others, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.Dragon Age: Origins - Console/PC Differences?
I have not played much of the 360 or PS3 version myself. However, reading a lot of magazines and online chatter tells me that, because of the nature of the battle system in the game, it's very inconvenient and/or difficult to play the game on console. (The battle system works best when you pause and give commands to your party members, and that's just not optimal for the 360 or the PS3. They are changing this in Dragon Age 2.) Also, if you have any plans to mod this game, that's something that you can only do on PC. Depending on what graphics card your PC is running, the graphics might be better on console, though. In my experience of what little I have played on console, the console version is less buggy than the PC version.
Hope this helps.
