Looking for a good RPG to play?

I'd love a classic rpg, like Dragon Quest. Any console besides PS3 and PSP, I don't care about the age as long as its not pre-snes. Any suggestions?

I've also heard Fable for PC or Xbox is good but haven't played it.

Yeah any Final Fantasy or Kingom Hearts stuff is great.
I suggest Guild Wars you can buy it at any Gamestop. Its a great mmorpg. It kept me doing something for years. Its a very interactive game with lots of helpful people online to help you along. It doesnt have monthly fees. Its a ton of fun I give this game ratings in 3 categories 1-10
