Dragon age origins. good buy?

is dragon age origins a good game for console because pc is not an option for me because i dont have good enough video card. Is it at all like the newest oblivion game. Is the combat llike world of warcraft or is it better? Would you recomend it to someone who likes rpg's but not ones like final fantasy or any turn based combat.Dragon age origins. good buy?
I am finding it to be similar to BioWare's other RPG, "Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic."

Lots of quests, armor and weapons, good dialogue/conversation, and an intriguing story line that branches and twists several times.

The graphics, unfortunately, are a step back from Mass Effect, but it's understandable given the sheer amount of content the game provides.

The controls, especially combat, might take a bit getting used to. It's not hack-and-slash, but it's not turn-based either. It is similar to WoW, in that you select a target and your character continuously attacks with his/her basic move. You can then select better attacks and spells to hit your opponent with.

There are enough upgrades and loot to keep you busy for hours, always searching for that next great piece of armor or sword.

Overall, I am pleased with the game. It's fun, enjoyable, and keeps me interested in the story line. The presentation is top-notch, as with all BioWare games.

It really doesn't matter what console you get it for, as both versions are nearly identical. Both systems have some issues (Xbox = bad textures; PS3 = performance issues), but they are more than easily overlooked when the core game is this good.Dragon age origins. good buy?
Yes. It's an excellent title for anyone who enjoys the MMO playstyle. The great story and ability to control the entire party make it (in my opinion) even better than an MMO.Dragon age origins. good buy?
if you like MMO's you will enjoy it.. It's a very fun game with lots of content and story twists.. Compare it to a single player world of warcraft minus raids
I have on pc, its a good game. i saw the difference on Gamespot which so little

Go on, buy it
